As a Senior Engineering Technician IV, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, troubleshooting, modifying, constructing, and testing electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems and associated devices.
- Utilizing technical expertise in electronics principles to ensure equipment is operational and to resolve intricate issues.
- Diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions using specialized testing and diagnostic instruments.
- Altering circuitry to enhance functionality.
- Recommending enhancements or modifications to address issues.
- Providing operational and maintenance training to client personnel.
- Compiling operational and malfunction reports along with related documentation.
- Assisting engineering teams in identifying and resolving equipment design challenges.
- Conducting quality assurance assessments of assemblies and equipment produced by other technicians.
- Offering leadership to junior technicians when necessary.
- Engaging in special projects as required.
Qualifications for Success:
- Education: Associate's degree in Arts or Science
