About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Lead to join our team at the Barrington Arboretum store. As a Sales Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our sales team. Your focus will be on providing personalized service, guiding associates, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, and you'll have the opportunity to step into a management role when needed.

  • Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help associates excel in their roles.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers by sharing ideas and offering support.
  • Stay informed on company priorities and promotions, and provide seamless omnichannel shopping experiences for customers.

You'll Bring to the Role

  • 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred)
  • Management experience (preferred)
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
