Job Overview

The Executive Chef Lead will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency in our menu items. This includes overseeing food preparation, presentation, and plating.

This position requires excellent communication and team management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee food production and quality control in the kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Coordinate meal preparation and service during events and productions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or in a senior culinary position.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent culinary knowledge and technique.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
