Key Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Essential Duties:

  • Converts customer and marketing needs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Engages in full-stack software development utilizing various programming languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL) and frameworks.
  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and enhances existing software applications.
  • Collaborates with testing teams to formulate software verification and validation strategies.
  • Possesses knowledge of encryption and cybersecurity methodologies.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with Windows server environments.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

  • Participates in an Agile development team employing modern programming languages and both Relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Working knowledge of technologies such as Ruby, JavaScript, Selenium, and AWS is advantageous.
  • Experience with XML and RESTful APIs is preferred.
  • Requires comprehensive understanding of relevant business practices and procedures within the professional domain.
  • Applies standard theories, principles, and concepts to propose actionable solutions.
  • Operates with minimal supervision.
  • Utilizes experience and judgment to set and achieve assigned objectives.
  • May assist in orienting, training, and reviewing the work of colleagues.
  • Exhibits sound judgment in resolving day-to-day challenges.
  • Maintains primary contact with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers, with occasional interactions with external contractors/vendors.

Compensation

The targeted compensation range for this role reflects various factors considered in compensation and hiring decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, and other organizational needs. The disclosed range is a reasonable estimate.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.
