Key Responsibilities:

4. In-depth understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and best practices.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, focused on minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
7. Effective project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
8. Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
9. A mindset geared towards continuous improvement, emphasizing the enhancement of manufacturing processes.
