The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or business, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of over 100 engineers and technicians
  • Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ASME and BPE
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business, with a Master's Degree in Engineering preferred. They will also have a strong background in Six Sigma, with a Green Belt certification, and experience with 3D parametric CAD-based software, including Autodesk Inventor and Routed Systems. Experience with ERP software, such as Syteline, and industry standards, such as ASME and BPE, is also required.
