Key Responsibilities
  • Service Support: Provide backup support to our service technicians, covering absences and providing additional coverage and support as needed.
  • Pest Control: Conduct thorough inspections to determine the source of pest activity, perform services for residential and business customers, and complete exterior sealing to eliminate rodent and wildlife entry.
  • Minor Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction projects, including patios, doors, eaves, walls, and floors, and assist repair technicians with wood damage replacement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the industry, and participate in employer-provided training on new methods, products, and services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Skills and Attributes: Demonstrated attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools, and comfort working at heights.
