We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a Purchasing Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, store, and issue food and beverage products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inspect and unpack merchandise received, and stock/store warehouse inventory products.
  • Adhere to operations procedures and local health department regulations.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in all work areas.
  • Assist in conducting Physical Inventory.
  • Assist receiving of goods, for quality and accuracy.
  • Assist in document filing, logs, and other clerical duties.
  • Report any discrepancies on requisitions, receiving, quality, and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Must be flexible and able to work am and pm shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver's license.
  • Must be able to handle repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand or walk for an extended period in an outdoor/indoor environment.
  • Must be able to operate hand truck, pallet jack, golf cart.
  • Basic computer operation understanding.
