About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SMB Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Frisco, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with sales software and tools
