The Customer Service Vehicle Return Specialist plays a crucial role in the airport team, serving as the face of the brand by delivering a swift, seamless, and valued experience to our clients. This position is responsible for offering attentive, courteous, and efficient service as customers return their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by overseeing the vehicle return process, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Greet all customers warmly and maintain a professional demeanor, assisting with luggage and addressing inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Provide customers with a detailed invoice and a comprehensive explanation of their charges.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns, utilizing strong customer service techniques. When necessary, escalate matters to the Team Leader to ensure resolution before the customer departs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, documenting any new damage or significant cleaning needs, and complete necessary paperwork.
- Check fuel levels and mileage, clearly communicating final charges to customers.
- Collect vehicle keys from customers, ensuring they remain with the vehicle while reminding them to retrieve personal belongings. Offer assistance as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback with the team and participating in action planning to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with the standards of providing top-tier customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or Team Leaders.
- Keep the work area organized and free from clutter.
- Strong passion for customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service within a high-volume or service-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated sales and closing skills, coupled with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. Candidates fluent in additional languages are encouraged to apply.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks, showcasing outstanding organizational and time management skills.
