Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating vehicles for sale, reviewing work performed, and ensuring effective operational flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account relationships and maintain effective communications to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Review and update condition reports, approve and audit vehicle repair reports.
  • Walk vehicles to make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value.
  • Provide quality service and assist in resolving problems. Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles.
  • Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shops and timely completion of reconditioning.
  • Prepare sale vehicle presentations and verify certification/announcements in coordination with account representatives and administrators.
  • Review vehicles in sale line up, locate missing vehicles, and work with account representatives to ensure vehicles are ready for sale.
  • Participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence and demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all procedures and modeling safe behaviors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
  • Effective communication and organization skills required.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning, general auto body knowledge, etc.
  • Satisfactory computer skills and the ability to utilize a portable terminal, brick, etc.
Work Environment

This is an outdoor role, meaning exposure to weather elements is to be expected.
