The role of Supply Chain Analyst II is designed for an individual with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in collaborative settings. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of new product introductions by developing effective procedures and processes.
- Ensure that inventory management systems align with ongoing operational requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with management and sales teams.
- Lead and motivate team members to adopt best practices in accordance with departmental goals.
- Manage inventory processes to achieve business objectives, focusing on accuracy and service levels.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments, including cycle counts and performance metrics.
- Provide continuous training to the sales team regarding compliance with inventory management guidelines.

We are looking for individuals who are proactive in identifying and executing inventory enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.

Preferred:
- Experience in managing sales programs.
- Background in customer service.
- Familiarity with SAP and GSR systems.
- Previous experience in the medical device sector.
