Vehicle Sales Representative

The Vehicle Sales Representative is a critical position at Ryder System, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. As a frontline sales agent, you will work closely with various functional groups to meet sales projections and maximize proceeds.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the company's marketing plan, including product selection and coordination of outbound marketing efforts.
- Act as a liaison between Asset Management, Rental, and Lease product lines.
- Manage the accuracy and content of the Lead Tracker database.
- Develop and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure retention levels are met and exceeded.
- Install sold signs and mark vehicles as directed.
- Manage overall effectiveness of the UTC website for content and data accuracy.
- Perform weekly yard checks and maintain key tracking systems for inventory management and vehicle security.
- Drive trucks within the UTC boundaries to properly align inventory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- One to Three years of sales and/or customer service experience, required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High energy, self-motivated, and self-directed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
