About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Engagement Specialist at FreedomCare, LLC. As a key member of our Engagement Team, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals across Pennsylvania and building meaningful relationships with those interested in our home care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage potential patients and caregivers through open and meaningful conversations about our program and services.
  • Nurture interested individuals into becoming valued customers of FreedomCare.
  • Collect and validate necessary information to initiate the intake process for interested patients.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
  • At least one year of proven sales experience.
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to patient homes throughout the region on a regular basis.
  • HHA/PCA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to diverse personality types.
  • Genuine care for customers' interests and well-being.
  • Optimistic and upbeat attitude.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Focused and persistent in achieving goals.
  • Analytical and empathetic approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or call center settings.
