About the Role
As a Senior Oncology Sales Executive at AbbVie, you will play a critical role in leading a high-energy team of Oncology Account Executives and serving as an executive liaison between AbbVie and designated healthcare institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to execute AbbVie's oncology business strategy within the assigned geography.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful sales performance, personnel and account management experience, and collaborative skills. A high degree of strategic, analytic, and industry expertise is necessary, along with excellent prioritization and organization skills. The ability to examine business environments and develop strategies to enhance sales is also essential.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses and other incentives. About the Benefits

About the Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and at least five years of direct pharmaceutical experience, with one year of prior sales management experience preferred. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Travel: 50% - 65%
