Senior Oncology Sales Executive

We are seeking a Regional Account Director - Oncology to join our team at AbbVie. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Oncology Account Executives and executing AbbVie's oncology business strategy within the assigned geography.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies to drive sales growth. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. About the Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses and other incentives. About the Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and at least five years of direct pharmaceutical experience, with one year of prior sales management experience preferred. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Travel: 50% - 65%
