Sales Opportunity

We're seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and disciplined sales professional to join our team as a Franchise Sales Representative. In this role, you'll work closely with restaurant franchise owners to drive adoption of our industry-leading beverage programs at locations where our corporate partner has established an agreement with us.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diligently contacting restaurant franchise owners to schedule sales appointments
  • Presentation of the value proposition of our beverage programs
  • Effective handling of common sales objections
  • Customization of sales presentations to cater to the needs of your prospects
  • Maintenance of accurate records of all interactions in our CRM platform
  • Follow-up on dormant prospects to ensure no opportunities are missed
  • Submission of sales agreements to interested parties
  • Closing sales opportunities (measured by signed agreements) at or above quota levels
  • Participation in mandatory sales training sessions, team meetings, and industry events
  • Some travel may be required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in business-to-business hardware sales within the restaurant space, preferably with beverage and kitchen equipment sales
  • Proven expertise in working within fast-food or casual dining industries
  • A passion for technology
  • A strong desire to collaborate with a pioneering company creating innovative beverage solutions for existing restaurants
Compensation

You can expect a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by bonus incentives and stock options. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical insurance, 99% paid dental and vision coverage, generous paid time off, and other perks such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, 401K, and access to a beautiful new SF office with outdoor rooftop workspace, free beverages, snacks, and Wednesday lunches.
