Senior Organizational Learning and Development Manager

Verisign is seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the design and delivery of leadership curriculum, as well as providing oversight of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitation and Planning: Serve as an internal advisor/facilitator to departmental stakeholders on the design, development, and delivery of training/organizational learning events, including team building, conflict resolution, change management, and other organizational issues relevant to business needs.
- Curriculum Design/Course Creation: Provide strategic consultation, design, and support for institution-wide programming, including performance management, employee engagement, and management/leadership development.
- Measurement & Reporting: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training by developing and implementing post-instruction evaluation tools and criteria, such as focus groups and classroom observations.
- Budgeting: Assist in supporting effective vendor relationships and their relevant use, including evaluating scopes of work, budget, and expenses.
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Liberal Arts, I/O or Org Psychology, with a focus on practical rather than clinical HR or OD.
- 10+ years' related business experience in client-based delivery of professional service-oriented results and solutions, consulting within corporate or business OD capacity, facilitation delivery, project and budget management, and organizational learning design expertise.
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker, strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Highly effective communicator, demonstrating ability to partner and influence.
This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule. The pay range for this role is $145,600 - $197,000.
