Learning and Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions
- Manage and maintain learning management systems, ensuring seamless user experience
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and recommend training interventions
- Develop and maintain training materials, including courseware, assessments, and evaluations
- Provide coaching and support to employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform training design and delivery
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or organizational development
- 3+ years of experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning and organizational development
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive business results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and learning management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
