Business Development Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Services Representative - Business Development to join our team at First Citizens Bank. This role is responsible for providing cash management solutions to commercial and business banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business and commercial bankers on joint calls to clients and prospects, delivering expert advice on business deposits and treasury solutions.
- Drive business development through networking and establishing referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
- Introduce customers to other branch team members or bank partners who can provide tailored financial solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales, or High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Sales or financial services sales.
- Prior experience in business development, business banking, lending, merchant services, or treasury management is preferred.
- $65,000 - $80,000 per year
- A valid driver's license, as frequent driving to other offices and bank customers is required.
- Application of a structured sales process, providing financial guidance and expertise, financial literacy, and knowledge of business deposit and cash management solutions.
