Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Player Development and Saratoga Club teams in the preparation and execution of events and promotions.
  • Respond to and fulfill guests' requests as approved based on play.
  • Clearly communicate programs and services to necessary personnel, seek their support, and keep them informed of changes that may impact the business.
  • Assist with maintaining relationships with VIP guests by providing excellent customer service through personal contact.
  • Assist with special events and promotions.
  • Create hotel and restaurant reservations for casino guests.
  • Anticipate, respond to, and consistently meet or exceed the needs of internal clients.
  • Keep track of existing products and services and/or progress on department initiatives.
  • Comply with and uphold company expectations, including policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals, and business strategy.
  • Provide consistent, timely, and accurate information and find answers when unsure.
  • Work effectively as a collaborative team player.
  • Fully comply with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies, and conduct themselves with the highest levels of integrity and honesty.
  • Promote outstanding customer relations.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • A systematic and process-oriented mindset to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
