Job Title: Employee Relations Partner

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Partner to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Employee Relations Partner will provide strategic and tactical support to managers and employees to resolve employee issues and conflicts. This role will involve conducting investigations, providing guidance on employee relations matters, and collaborating with operational management and HR business partners to create solutions to complex employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with operational management and HR business partners to create solutions to complex employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations and reduce conflict.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees on employee relations and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Law, or equivalent major.
  • Five years or more of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
