About the RoleWe're seeking a Commercial Sr. Account Executive to lead business growth for our existing customers across their assigned territories. This role requires a strong ability to close sales, build personal relationships, and drive expansion. You'll work closely with our customers to create business value, identify strategic opportunities, and continually engage with them to ensure renewals and growth.
Responsibilities- Closing business and building personal relationships with existing customers
- Providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to expand Lucid suite adoption
- Developing and maintaining reliable forecasts to ensure transparency between pipeline and management team
- Becoming an expert in demonstrating the value of the Lucid Suite and understanding target market and personas
- Developing a teamwork mentality and seeking opportunities to help others and lead critical initiatives
- Meeting team standards around activity, accountability, and internal cross-functional SLAs
- 3+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in tech/SaaS
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
This role requires working out of our Raleigh, NC office two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday. We're looking for someone with experience in Salesforce or similar CRM, building personal relationships, and expanding existing book of accounts. If you're skilled in software sales, prospecting, and closing, and have a BA/BS degree or equivalent, we'd love to hear from you.
