Job Title: New Business Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our family of products, including OpenWater and TopClass software, services, and programs to potential new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell products through video/conference calls, in-person meetings, emails, and other communication delivery methods.
  • Provide follow-up with clients to ensure client satisfaction and/or services are provided.
  • Promptly contact the appropriate staff member or business partner to address client concerns or problems.
  • Identify new business opportunities through a multi-faceted approach, including cold calling, networking, webinars, and face-to-face seminars.
  • Work closely with potential clients and internal resources to identify accurate project requirements.
  • Stay informed of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively perform sales activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions with proven success at or above quota; BS/BA preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with LMS systems required.
  • Proficient in sales management software and CRM.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency for closing business.
