Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests with warmth and hospitality upon their arrival.
  • Manage the seating of guests efficiently, taking into account their preferences.
  • In the event of a wait, accurately record guest information and provide estimated wait times.
  • Notify guests promptly when their table is ready, thanking them for their patience.
  • Accompany guests to their tables with menus and necessary dining utensils.
  • Make special seating arrangements for guests whenever feasible.
  • Balance customer flow by seating guests appropriately within service sections.
  • Inform guests of their assigned server upon seating.
  • Express gratitude to guests as they depart and encourage their return.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the host area, including floors and entrance glass.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience in the restaurant industry is necessary.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of our guests.
  • Exemplary grooming standards are required.

Requirements:

  • Availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays.
  • Full-time candidates should consider this position as their main employment.
  • All employees must wear dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on their first day.
  • No visible tattoos are permitted while wearing a short-sleeve polo shirt.
