Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests in accordance with our high service standards
• Maintain the proper operation of our telephone system and adhere to our service standards
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and entertainment
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
• Develop relationships with guests to provide personalized service
• Attend to guest comments verbally and written to ensure proper attention to follow-up
• Adhere to all service standards for Guest Services
• Participate in and support our efforts toward sustainability and environmental initiatives
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Essential Job Functions
• Greet and welcome guests in accordance with our high service standards
• Maintain the proper operation of our telephone system and adhere to our service standards
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and entertainment
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
• Develop relationships with guests to provide personalized service
• May require sitting for long periods of time in an office environment
• May require lifting of up to 30 pounds
Preferred Skills
• Experience in a luxury resort environment
• Experience in key rooms division capacities
• Knowledge of Alys Beach and local competitive markets
• Knowledge of TRACK property management system
