Job Summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort is seeking a skilled Guest Experience Planner to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for capturing additional revenue through outbound sales efforts, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive activity revenue during peak periods
  • Make outbound sales calls to offer customized room and package products, spa services, and other amenities
  • Up-sell room types to maximize hotel average daily rate
  • Coordinate with the DORM team to develop and execute revenue-generating initiatives
  • Implement Moments of Service (MOS) on every call to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of the property, guestrooms, package options, and amenities
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet revenue goals
