We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join our team in a dynamic role that involves handling credit, collection, and customer service responsibilities for our dealers. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with the sales force regarding past due accounts and credit hold situations, assisting with problem accounts and providing timely updates on account status.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide clear explanations of financial services and policies, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Adjust accounts receivable and parts credit lines as needed, review refund reports, credit applications, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to collect past due balances and resolve problem accounts, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial losses.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the financial services team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or customer service role, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other financial software applications.
  • Customer-focused mentality and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
