Job Title: Executive Director of Fitness Operations
Job Summary:
CLUB4 Fitness is seeking an experienced and results-driven Executive Director of Fitness Operations to lead and support a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience and revenue growth simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing on directives and meeting key strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, manage, communicate, train, and develop an entire staff, including Assistant Managers and MODs, Front Desk employees, Childcare Director and Associates, Lifeguards, Tennis Professionals, and Club Attendants.
- Drive sales growth by making phone calls to prospective members and promoting CLUB4 Fitness within local communities.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members, and guests, and promote a superior customer experience within the club.
- Monitor performance and effectiveness of staff to meet or exceed revenue goals, and ensure accurate and timely daily deposits.
- Oversee employee payroll and scheduling, ensure the club is adequately staffed at all times, and maintain strict confidentiality of all information acquired.
- Manage all team members to ensure strong communication and develop effective working relationships, and provide regular feedback to assist with motivation, performance management, and continued support.
- Responsible for being up to date with current company policies and procedures and adhere to them.
Requirements:
- Five years of Supervisor or Manager experience, preferably in a fitness, hospitality, or retail environment in a high-volume atmosphere.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; 2- or 4-yr degree or four years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- CPR/AED certification is required.
- Ability to travel to other clubs as needed.
