  • Support the area clinical team by identifying members with gaps in care and developing strategies to improve their health outcomes.">
  • Manage system work queues and screen members for eligibility, prior case activities, recent claims, customer service inquiries, and authorization history.">

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service support.">
  • Medicare knowledge/experience.">
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.">
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.">
  • Knowledge in medical terminology.">
