Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct educational telephone calls to advise members of available benefits, services, and programs

Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a customer service support role
- Medicare knowledge/experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
