Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to assist our clients effectively.
Your role will encompass managing information technology operations, including the issuance, tracking, documentation, and troubleshooting of mobile devices, external storage drives, and audio peripherals.
You will utilize your judgment and initiative to navigate non-standard situations, adapting guidelines as necessary in a dynamic environment, while also maintaining and updating the operational manuals under your purview.
Specific Duties Include:
Act as a liaison between personnel and the mobility support team.
Submit technical support requests for the initial distribution of mobile devices, and for any issues related to lost or stolen equipment, along with necessary documentation.
Assist users with the initial configuration of mobile devices and ensure compliance with required software updates.Address any technical issues with mobile devices (such as incorrect PINs or password issues) through basic troubleshooting before escalating to the support ticketing system.
Obtain necessary designations by completing training and registration requirements.Issue and monitor agreements for mobile users and IT equipment. Coordinate with relevant points of contact to ensure accurate records of device assignments.
Perform reception duties during the absence of the designated personnel.
Respond to technical support inquiries and assist in managing support requests. Track issues through the designated portal.
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the VoIP system, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong technical leadership and comprehensive knowledge of VoIP systems.
Employ your judgment and initiative to handle non-standard situations, adapting guidelines as needed, and developing operational manuals.
Deploy, configure, and support all aspects of VoIP hardware and software. Provide strategic recommendations for the deployment and upkeep of VoIP equipment.
Develop effective solutions for complex challenges and communicate findings and recommendations to management with minimal oversight.
Conduct training sessions for IT staff on VoIP troubleshooting and system operations.
Provide user training on VoIP setup and functionality.
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technology support or related fields is required.
This includes experience in areas such as technical support, system integration, and user training.
Other Requirements:
Completion of specific formal training courses is required.
An active security clearance may be necessary.
U.S. Citizenship is required for access to certain data systems.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.
Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities are crucial.
Communication:
Proficient in English for clear communication.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook, is required.
Experience with SharePoint and general office equipment is also necessary.
