Bilingual Call Center Representative

ABACUS DERMATOLOGY MANAGE is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers, handling incoming calls and emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our services and products.
- Call Handling: Answer and direct calls to the appropriate team members, ensuring that all calls are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients and customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related healthcare certification preferred.
- Experience: One year of experience in customer service and/or related clinical environment.
- Skills: Bilingual in Spanish, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
