Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide primary customer service and receptionist duties, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
- Data Management: Upload and process meter readings, handle collections, and manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform basic accounting duties, maintain records, and process work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Skills: General knowledge of accounting and billing practices, computer skills (MS office, Google Workspace), organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently or with a team.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
