About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions, and recommending the right solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Tint and mix products as needed, to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as needed.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations to customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient stock management.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales and customer service, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
