Job SummaryThis role involves establishing strategic relationships with insurance agents within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting annual and quarterly benchmarks for new agent contracts and production within the assigned territory. They will develop priorities, work independently, and execute objectives to meet individual and team goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents within the assigned territory.
- Meet annual and quarterly benchmarks for new agent contracts and production.
- Establish effective methods and procedures for achieving specific goals and objectives.
- Maintain current status on all sales leads as received.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve agent problems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing preferred but not necessary.
- Intermediate understanding of the insurance industry and the agent/carrier relationship.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
