Inspired by the timeless art of living well, The Hotel at Avalon offers a unique resort experience that immerses guests in the essence of luxury and comfort. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage booking inquiries, prepare paperwork, and utilize computer software to produce contracts and correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to caller inquiries and exercising decision-making skills to direct requests.
  • Distribute documents, retrieve and store information, and maintain essential records to ensure efficient department operations.
  • Handle individual reservations for VIP clients, ensuring all arrangements are handled properly and coordinating with other departments.
Qualifications
  • Hotel experience preferred, with a high school diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Basic administrative knowledge, including business letters, formats, and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to access and accurately input information.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, stand, and/or sit for extended periods.
