We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Discover Staffing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for events, publications, and training programs. Your primary focus will be on creating and trafficking ads, banners, and marketing materials, as well as managing digital marketing campaigns and identifying new marketing channels to improve their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for events, publications, and training programs
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and traffic ads, banners, and marketing materials
  • Manage content development for the TAPPI Connect online community
  • Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years' experience in marketing, public relations, or communications
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and team-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, and ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Solution-oriented approach to challenges and ability to dig in and find the answer with little direction
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
