Marketing Coordinator position may be the role for you.  We are looking for an ENTRY LEVEL marketing professional WITH 1-3 YEARS of EXPERIENCE to support our team at a growing association.    No day is ever the same and this role interfaces with different teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met for our various marketing campaigns.  We have a heavy focus in event marketing because we support approximately 10+ conferences and 15+ courses each year.

What you’ll be doing:  
?    Developing and executing marketing plans for events, publications, training and publications 
?    Responsible for developing and trafficking ads, banners and materials; fulfilling internal/external requests for creative assets for various publications  
?    Responsible for coordination of materials such as marketing collateral for events including working with core marketing team and other TAPPI Staff members on creative; managing those timelines 
?    Managing digital marketing campaigns and identifying new marketing channels to improve effectiveness of campaigns 
?    Maintains accuracy and timeliness of event and association website information on a day-to-day basis 
?    Managing content development for the TAPPI Connect online community and supporting  
?    Tasks may also include: developing and scheduling digital banners, drafting, editing and proofreading copy, organizing and proofing various marketing collateral, updating presentation content/PowerPoints to ensure content is comprehensive and current 
What you should already have:     
?    1-2+ years’ experience in marketing, public relations or communications 
?    Strong work ethic, drive and team-oriented (we do a lot of things together) 
?    Strong communication skills, highly organized and ability to handle multiple projects at once 
?    Solution-oriented approach to challenges and ability to dig in and find the answer with little direction 
?    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
?    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
