Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Professional to join our team at Swift Staffing Group. As an Outside Salesman, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering client relationships within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients within the construction industry, expanding the client base and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of construction products and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their construction needs and provide tailored product solutions and services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
