Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating lead flow, managing current accounts, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Lead Flow: Prospect new sales leads by making initial phone or email contact, engage the account, and prepare them for the Sales Managers. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered.
  • Manage Current Accounts: Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients and Account Managers.
  • Customer Support: Answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue, and make suggestions for future or new products or services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls, and movements.
  • Communication and Project Management: Communicate with multiple teams across the organization and assist with project management.
  • KPIs and Reporting: Maintain and review KPIs, agreements, and other reports as needed.
  • Business Development: Facilitate the follow-through of business development deals.
  • Email Management: Manage and facilitate a large volume of email replies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required.
  • 1-2 years B2B sales admin experience within the consumer goods industry.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) and sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • This is a fully on-site role.
