The Titan Industries is a leading distributor and test house for electronic components, with a strong presence in the industry. Our customers include large companies and medium-sized businesses from various markets. In the test house, customer orders are processed, which mainly involve programming, authenticity checks of components, labeling, marking, and component behavior under certain physical conditions.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our environmental management system, reporting to customers and suppliers on environmental issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Develop and Implement Environmental Management System:**
  • Establish and maintain an environmental management system that meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14001.
  • **Reporting and Communication:**
  • Provide regular reports to customers and suppliers on environmental issues and performance.
  • **Supplier Management:**
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure they meet our environmental standards and requirements.
  • **Regulatory Compliance:**
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including REACH, RoHs, Conflict Minerals, WEEE directives, TSCA, and Proposition 65.
  • **Platform Evaluation and Implementation:**
  • Evaluate and implement a platform to support reporting tasks.
  • **Internal Audits and External Support:**
  • Organize and implement internal environmental audits and provide support for external audits.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed vocational training, technician, and/or university graduate (bachelor), ideally with a focus on environment or energy.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
