Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategies: Define and oversee the strategy and roadmap for sustainability initiatives in datacenter operations, aligning with organizational objectives and sustainability goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage projects focused on nature-positive and sustainable technologies, ensuring successful execution within specified timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various teams to integrate sustainability solutions into datacenter designs and operations, fostering innovation and environmental responsibility.
- Drive Innovation and Integration: Drive the implementation of innovative, nature-positive technologies to enhance datacenter sustainability, working closely with research and development teams.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Monitor and report on project performance, focusing on key metrics related to sustainability and environmental impact, and implement improvements based on outcomes.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering (Civil, Environmental and/or Systems), product/technical program management, environmental science, or sustainable product development.
- Project Management Experience: 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Sustainability Expertise: 4+ years of proven experience building relationships and influencing in a matrixed organization with a focus on sustainability and/or environmental projects.
