Diabetes Device Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diabetes Device Business Development Leader to join our team at Sequel Med Tech. As a business development leader, you will play a critical role in promoting the adoption of innovative insulin pumps and future Sequel products in the greater Austin metropolitan area. This is a unique opportunity to partner with clinical diabetes specialists and drive continued adoption and growth through a successful product experience for both healthcare providers and product users.
Your responsibilities will include developing effective territory planning and strategies to meet/exceed sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the adoption of Sequel products and services in your territory. You will also be responsible for collaborating with customer care and sales support to optimize the user experience and communicating HCP feedback cross-functionally to solve problems and improve product development.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of sales success in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries. A bachelor's degree is preferred. In addition, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and promote team collaboration. The estimated salary for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
