Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Specialist RN to join our team at UCHealth. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a critical role in enhancing clinical performance and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and analyze clinical performance and outcomes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance patient care practices and healthcare delivery systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices in clinical care
  • Assist in the development and validation of data collection methodologies
  • Provide expertise in quality improvement and patient safety to support organizational goals
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and quality improvement experience
