Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Superior Siding and Roofing.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to our office, including retrieving and answering incoming calls
- Manage customer files and maintain accurate records
- Assist with bookkeeping duties, including invoicing and accounts payable
- Prepare payroll and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
