**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Superior Siding and Roofing. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete service call requests and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Maintain customer files and register warranties as needed.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing new sales jobs and entering accounts payable.
  • Prepare biweekly payroll for our outside payroll company.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Salary:** $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience.
