About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Senior to join our team. As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting in conducting audits, reviews, compilations, attestation, and other engagements for companies in a variety of industries. You will be expected to demonstrate technical proficiency, provide outstanding and responsive client service, and effectively manage day-to-day client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage audit and other engagements to a successful and efficient completion
  • Respond to client needs and requests in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Effectively manage day-to-day client relationships in the field and in the office
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of GAAS and GAAP
  • Effectively use the firm's accounting, audit, and other reference materials in resolving issues
  • Research and propose solutions to accounting and auditing issues
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of specialized accounting and auditing areas
  • Understand business and professional risks and apply this knowledge to planning and completing engagements
  • Train and assist staff on engagements as needed
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in public accounting
  • Experience with accounting and auditing background and exposure to a variety of industries, specifically commercial clients
  • Licensed CPA or pursuing CPA license
Work Environment
