About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Analyst to join our Operations team. As a Summer Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that span from developing audits and financial tools to enhancing the client experience.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with different teams to provide solutions to the Jordan Park client base while enhancing different processes throughout the firm
- Work with the Operations team to provide streamlined solutions to data and reporting issues
- Work in our Wealth Management and CRM platforms to gather and organize information across large data sets and research and resolve anomalies
- Work closely with the Client Reporting, Trust Services, and Advisory teams to ensure system data meets their client reporting needs
- Complete a case study around the improvement of a current operational process through automation
- Work in our Trust Accounting and CRM platforms to gather and organize information, developing solutions for automation of recurring task reminders and account reviews
- Learn and support client transaction activity
- Currently pursuing a college or university degree and are a rising senior
- Available for the entire duration of the 9-week program
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Able to meet deadlines
- Can communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong attention to the details; accurate and organized
- Seek to understand how the smallest details fit into the big picture of our service to clients
- Are discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Love taking on challenges and finding creative solutions; continue searching until you find the right answer
