POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Lemon Law Program, including arbitration processes and applicant evaluations
  • Provide technical automotive expertise and conduct financial audits of dealer records
  • Ensure compliance with arbitration regulations
  • Facilitate negotiations for settlements between consumers and manufacturers
  • Review automotive service records and warranty compliance
  • Act as a technical expert during arbitration hearings
  • Engage with consumers and state agencies regarding the Lemon Law Program
  • Collaborate with legal teams to enforce compliance actions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least nine years of professional experience

  • Background in consumer support within the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of warranty coverage and automotive service bulletins
